Removable Prostheses (dentures)

The removable prosthesis, typically called a set of dentures, allows the dentist to replace one or many missing teeth in one arcade. It is supported by the teeth, if any, and by gum tissue. It must be removed daily before sleep to allow soft tissues in the mouth some relief.
